All current Germantown Hills School District #69 students must register online for the new school year.
Registration is open from Wednesday, July 10 until Wednesday, July 24.
After logging into Skyward there are the 2 forms that should be filled out for each returning student.

Proof of Residency
As the district continues to work toward digital records it is required that ALL families submit proof of residency paperwork as part of the registration process. You can view the necessary documents required below. You will be prompted to upload this information as part of the registration process.
Forms
Forms such as Parent/ Student Consent, Health Forms, Vaccination Records, etc will all be submitted as part of the online registration process through Skyward.

These forms are available to be downloaded and printed. Most doctor offices will provide you with the necessary forms. Regardless of whether you download and print or receive a form the doctor you will need to upload the completed forms into Skyward.
