October 1st was the start of Inktober.
The point of Inktober is to improve drawing skills, develop good habits, and push creative limits:
Develop a daily drawing habit
Inktober is a month-long challenge where participants create an ink drawing every day in October. It can take about a month to make a habit automatic.
Push creative limits
Inktober gives participants the opportunity to use their imagination and find creative solutions.
Get more exposure for your art
One of the rules of Inktober is to share your work with others.
Learn how to complete a project
Inktober can help participants learn how to work through day-to-day challenges and complete a project

The Cross Country team had another impressive showing at the Tazwood Conference last night. Leah Hohulin and Keegan Waggoner both medaled in their races with Leah coming in 13th and Keegan 15th. The Boys Varsity earned five medals last night with Mitch Hohulin taking 18th, Mason Godinez taking 16th, Karter Brown taking 11th, Mason Shoff taking 10th, and Zane Kingham won the entire race with a new PR of 11:15!
